John and Gerard have been instrumental in Tinamba Hotel achieving great success in recent times and it was a no brainer to appoint them in this unique role. They have already demonstrated great collaboration in team development and developing new menu items such as our flooding creek funghi tart, the wild venison that is receiving rave reviews, and the new miffefeuille dessert.
We cannot wait to see what the team can achieve under Gerard and John’s leadership in the new kitchen we are building for them.
