For the 3rd year in a row Tinamba Hotel has been awarded a Chef Hat in the 2024 Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Awards.    

"For the rating to also go up 1 point in the hat system is great recognition for the whole Tinamba Hotel teams focus on continuously improving the guest experience" says Simon Johnson, owner of Tinamba Hotel.

Australian Good Food Guides Chef Hat's have been awarded to discerning Chefs around the country since 1982.    These awards are the result of careful deliberation.      Inspectors appointed by AGFG dine anonymously.     Their reviews and the opinions of the dining public, who generously send in their comments throughout the year, determine the results.  

Tinamba Hotel is proud to set the benchmark with Sardine Eatery and Bar, and Hoggett Kitchen as the other hatted restaurants in Gippsland.
