Tinamba Hotel featured in a recent promotion for Central Gippsland Tourism in conjunction with the Wellington Shire, and Destination Gippsland.    Focused on the recent Anzac Weekend Airshow held at the West Sale Airport, the story showed off attractions, places to stay and of course the Tinamba Hotel as the dining destination.

Tinamba Hotel awarded the Best Pub Restaurant – Regional 2022 AHA VIC Award

 

Tinamba Hotel has gone back to back after being awarded the Best Pub Restaurant – Regional at the 2022 AHA VIC Awards for Excellence.

We are excited to head to Sydney in November for the National AHA Awards for Excellence to see if a back to back national title can be achieved.

Thanks to our amazing team, whom day in day out are the ones setting the standards for high quality produce and high quality service to the guests of our Central Gippsland destination venue.

John and Gerard have been instrumental in Tinamba Hotel achieving great success in recent times and it was a no brainer to appoint them in this unique role. They have already demonstrated great collaboration in team development and developing new menu items such as our flooding creek funghi tart, the wild venison that is receiving rave reviews, and the new miffefeuille dessert.
 
We cannot wait to see what the team can achieve under Gerard and John’s leadership in the new kitchen we are building for them.

Tinamba Hotel awarded Chef Hat in 2022 Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Awards

 

Tinamba Hotel has been awarded a Chef Hat in the 2022 Australian Good Food Guide Chef Hat Awards.

Australian Good Food Guides Chef Hat's have been awarded to discerning Chefs around the country since 1982.    These awards are the result of careful deliberation.      Inspectors appointed by AGFG dine anonymously.     Their reviews and the opinions of the dining public, who generously send in their comments throughout the year, determine the results.  

Tinamba Hotel is proud to join Sardine Eatery and Bar, Hoggett Kitchen and Sodafish as the other hatted restaurants in Gippsland.

Tinamba Hotel is delighted to announce that we've been named one of OpenTable's top 50 restaurants in Australia 2019 by local diners. 

The list is determined by analysing more than 173,000 verified reviews submitted by OpenTable diners over the last year, from more than 2,000 restaurants across the country. 

Other winners include St Kilda dinning institution, Donovans and PT Leo Restaurant on the Mornington Peninsula.

The Tinamba Hotel is delighted to announce that we’ve been named one of OpenTable’s top 50 restaurants in Australia 2018 by local diners. The list is determined by analysing more than 126,000 verified reviews submitted by OpenTable diners over the last year, from more than 1,600 restaurants across the country. Other winners include Donovans in St Kilda, Mercado in Sydney, the amazing Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard restaurant as well as Eau De Vie and Lucy Liu in Melbourne’s CBD.
